Milton Cohen - Lawyer, Engineer, Retired Navy officer, Kiwanis, Red Cross involvement, Chairman of Morgantown Parking Authority, organized the Downtown Action Council in the 1960's, established the Downtown Merchants Organization, Milton's wife Bert was a historian and heavily involved in the local community and synagogue.
